If we do not find your part, you will receive a €50 store credit (digital voucher), valid toward:

• Future part requests
• Accessories or ribbons
• Any product in our shop

We do not offer direct refunds, as the fee covers time-intensive manual work.

1. What if I don’t know the part name?
Just send a clear photo of your machine and describe the issue. We can identify the part for you.

2. Is the €50 the total price for the part?
For many standard parts, yes. If it’s a rare or delicate piece, we may request an additional payment (€25 or more) before shipping.

3. What if you can’t find the part?
You’ll receive a €50 gift card valid on any product or future service.

4. How long does it take?
Most searches are completed in 2–5 business days. If it’s a rare part, we’ll let you know the estimated time.

5. Can you install the part for me?
If you're shipping us the machine for restoration, yes. Otherwise, we’ll provide guidance (with an additional 30-minute ticket online) if the part requires calibration or special tools, and we will help you to find the best technician nearby.
