The product arrived in the exact lovely condition as advertised. It was packed so securely you could've dropped it from a plane without damaging the typewriter. It shipped a little later, and took a little longer to arrive than I would've ideally liked, but the owners Ania and Jacek kept good communication, and were a pleasure to deal with.
