I have ordered this customized cover from Ania and Jacek to fit my Hermes Ambassador, and couldn't be happier!! They were very prompt to reply to my queries; provided me with a form which I filled with my Hermes' details; and the order was placed quickly! There was a small problem with the shipping (beyond Ania and Jacek's control), and they were the ones who noticed it. They immediately got in touch and shipped another cover with the exact measurements, plus an additional small one out of courtesy. As always they Excel and continue impressing me. Couldn't recommend them more, and will surely continue buying from them. BTW, I have bought several covers, and they all let my Typewriters shine the most :-)
