The typewriter was incredibly well packaged for transatlantic shipping and arrived safely. We were given an inspection report with the item along with multiple writing samples. We're excited to gift this to our daughter!
Item is just as described and will be the perfect gift. Care was taken in shipping and extra touches in presentation were appreciated. Shipping time exceeded estimated time by a month, but seller was very responsive, communicative and helpful in getting it here in the end.

Most amazing customer service ever. When our first order did not arrive as planned, Ania and Jacek prepared another one and shipped it with expedited delivery-we had it in only a few days! This purchase was a birthday gift for my youngest son who, due to autism and other things has difficulty speaking sometimes and his handwriting is hard to read. He is more comfortable with mechanical technologies,so a classic manual typewriter is the perfect thing to help him express himself. Anita and Jacek were wonderful at responding to messages and getting back with updates. We are beyond satisfied with the purchase!
