ElGranero is the most accommodating shop I...

ElGranero is the most accommodating shop I've ever shopped with. I waffled on what I wanted, and tried to abandon my purchase at one point. They were responsive and kind - so fun to correspond with - through the process of a custom color change and my learning curve with what I would need to be well set up with my machine.

The arrival was nothing short of a dream. I was incredibly excited to get it in hand (it was shipped expedited, internationally, and they kept me informed on its whereabouts), but I was NOT prepared for how magical it would be to unbox it! The little extras gave this machine tons of character and set me up for a “relationship” that you sometimes hear about between writers and typewriters.

Oh and the machine is exquisite, and in perfect working condition, as advertised. Xoxo ElGranero!
