El Granero exemplifies customer service. There was a paint issue with the product which caused a delay in the initial arrival time that I wanted, but Ania gave me a call right away to let me know. It ultimately arrived 2 days later, but it was worth the wait😊. For my father, the recipient of this gift, was at a lost for words when he opened the box; it brought back many joyful memories.
