The product arrived in the exact lovely condition as advertised. It was packed so securely you could've dropped it from a plane without damaging the typewriter. It shipped a little later, and took a little longer to arrive than I would've ideally liked, but the owners Ania and Jacek kept good communication, and were a pleasure to deal with.

I couldn't be happier with my new vintage typewriter! The whole shopping experience was fantastic. Ania & Jacek were extremely helpful with all the shipping details and packaged the typewriter so carefully that it arrived in perfect condition and so beautifully wrapped.
