Olivetti Pluma 22 Glossy Black Vintage, Manual Typewriter, Restored

This is an absolutely stunning typewriter! It is in excellent condition, and the sellers included a Tolkien quote and a cute typewriter pin! It comes with an instruction manual, which was helpful as this is my first typewriter.

The shipping to the USA took approximately 1.5 months longer than predicted. I don't blame the sellers for this, as they posted the typewriter in the post VERY quickly. The wait was worth it. Fortunately this typewriter just for personal use - if purchased as a gift, buy VERY early.

The only bummer was the installed typewriter ribbon being almost completely dried out - I purchased a new typewriter ribbon today but am sad that I can't use my typewriter until it arrives.

The sellers are AMAZING. They have been very helpful and kind. This is the only shop I'd consider for purchasing a typewriter.

This typewriter is a gem! I love using it and learning more about it all the time. Using it is like dancing with it- a physical, sensory interaction. Just dreamy!

He loves the attention to detail, the perfect, smooth and shiny black paint which makes it so eye-catching, and the impeccable packaging it came in. It's the perfect weight for him, not too heavy, but rather light yet sturdy. He looks forward to getting to work on it right away!

My typewriter arrived today, and I am thrilled with it. I'm in the UK and made the mistake of waiting till after Brexit to buy it, which meant that shipping delays led to a very long delivery time, but I am so unbelievably happy with it now it's here. It was very well packaged, and I love the little typewriter pin gift an absurd amount! It works perfectly, the paint job is beautifully done, and it's surprisingly light. I'm a writer, and though my primary reason for wanting a typewriter was to write letters and journals, I also liked the idea of having a typewriter in my study to enrich my work environment. It does not disappoint, and though I'm trying to work, I keep stopping to peer over at it with a big grin on my face.
