Please read our complete Shop Policy and ask us if you have any doubts :) ►TAXES As a buyer, you are ALWAYS responsible for all import taxes in your country if any. As a legal business, we cover the shipping cost and all the taxes here in Spain. We only attach invoices with the true value of the product in accordance with international customs laws. We know that there is NO additional import tax for the US clients (apart from the one the Etsy system is automatically charging on your bill) when the package arrives from the EU to the US customs but some tax duties can be added locally depending on the state you live in. If you are from New Zealand, Australia, Canada, China, etc., or most recently the UK, please ask the Customs for more details and rates when you buy overseas. ► WARRANTY To activate our extended 2-year warranty, you need to send us a confirmation email within 14 days of delivery. By failing to do so, your item is only covered by our 1-year technical support. Any defects that may have occurred in transport must be reported by e-mail within 7 days of delivery. By failing to do so, you waive your right to the insurance and our warranty. ► SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME- GENERAL INFO We will ship to you from Malaga in Spain, we will do it ASAP and depending on the purchase order and estimated processing time. We ship to whichever address you have listed with your buyer's profile (or we agreed otherwise). *****Please send us your phone number for easy delivery.***** We reserve the right to extend the processing time due to the unique and vintage nature of our products. ► INSURANCE Every shipping is covered with full insurance. All the items are carefully wrapped in few layers of bubble plastic and securely packed in new hard cardboard boxes and protected with few layers of waterproof plastic (We can say: Tsunami Proof!) So you can buy overseas with buy with confidence! ► DAMAGED ITEMS All the items and typewriters are double-checked and are sent only if working perfectly. If the product arrives damaged (it's very rare but it may happen sometimes) you must photograph the item and the damaged packaging, directly inform the courier (if possible at the door) or the agency and contact us within the first 24-72 hours after the delivery (or we agreed otherwise). That's the only way to put a claim to the shipping agency! PLEASE NOTE! We are not accountable for any damages that occur during transit. ► DELAY, NON DELIVERY OR A PACKAGE NOT COLLECTED We always follow and track our packages if your item will not arrive regardless of all the care taken, we will put a claim. Sometimes a small human or system error can change the delivery time, the package can be stuck in a warehouse or the customs clearance can be a little bit slower because of the bank holidays, road accidents, weather, etc. Your satisfaction and smile on your face is the most important to us, please trust us and let us work, your patience will be required :) Don't worry if they still can't locate it, no worries, we will refund the money or we will ship you (by expedited shipping at our expense) a new item or a different one, of course, if you accept it. If you don't collect the package within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date, the package will be treated as abandoned and you'll lose your right to a refund or a replacement typewriter. ► RESERVATIONS We will be more than happy to help you and we do a few days reservations without any deposit. We accept 1-4 weeks reservations with a 25% deposit (not refundable if you resign). ► RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS - EXCHANGES If you are based in the EU we gladly accept returns! We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Please note: We don't accept cancellations, especially for custom orders. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We're totally sure of what and how we do it and we know that you will be satisfied only if the product you have bought would amaze and inspire you. If for you any reason You want to return it please contact us first and we will advise you on how to do it, what kind of export documentation need to be added to the package, etc. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery Ship items back within 14 days of delivery We will refund you money by PayPal (or TransferWise) when we receive the product in the same box and condition we shipped. Please note that You have to pay shipping costs both ways and other administration costs if any. The following items can't be returned or replaced: Because of the nature of these items, destinations as well customs return fees, administration costs, extra accountant paperwork etc. We can't accept returns for: - Overseas shipping or no EU countries. - Custom or personalized orders, reservations or partial payments. - Digital downloads.
