Despite some trouble during transport, it came in a great condition, you would almost think it came straight from the factory lines. Lot of thought went into packaging ensuring it would survive its rough ride.
Customer service was transparent and great!

So so pleased with the arrival of my typewriter! You could tell it was packaged with the utmost care and the presentation of it all was impeccable. I was using it within a half hour of receiving it!
