Astounding! Really the top notch quality i was looking for. After months of research on refurbished typewriters, i settled with this one for my dear friend's graduation gift, as she loves vintage items and likes to write in spanish often for her novel. I was quite upset with the delivery man being reckless with the package and throwing it over my 7ft tall gate but i didnt realize just how careful the packaging was. It came wrapped in a box wrapped with packing bubble in another box wrapped with protective plastic incase of rain. It was in pristine condition upon opening, ive been calling it the gucci of type writers, seeing how great quality it is. The sellers were also very communicative and gave me shipping information 2 weeks after i made my order(arrived an additional week later)

Works perfectly, love the colour and restoration! Still have to get used to typing on it. And I really appreciate the instruction manual as a first timer. Shipping was a bit confusing as Etsy first told me that it was shipped on January 14th (two weeks after ordering). However this might have been an automatic update, as it didn't get sent until 21st of February. I had hoped to receive the tracking code in time to coordinate with DHL when I wanted to receive it (they let you pick out the day if you access the tracking link early enough) but I didn't get access to the the tracking until it was too late - and it got delivered on 26th of Feb when I wasn't home for a week (I always get bad luck on the timing). Luckily my landlord saved me and accepted it on my behalf. That's the only thing I wish was more clearly communicated.

Even more beautiful in person! Took a long time to deliver (original was lost) but sellers were super responsive and sent a replacement asap that only took 3 days to arrive from Spain to NY!! Outstanding customer service. My daughter is obsessed with this beautiful typewriter that works perfectly out of the box. Beautifully wrapped and appreciate the extra gifts!

I was pretty impressed when I opened the shipping, even if I potentially knew what to expect. The machine is stunning, no damage. What is more, the instructions were included which was very useful. Definitely recommend.
