We absolutely love our typewriter. There was a bit of a wait for it to arrive, but when it finally came, it was safely packed and in great condition. The ribbon that was in the machine was a bit dry but the new ribbon that came with the machine was perfect. Thank you for your wonderful product and for your responsiveness to all of my questions.
