Olivetti launched the fiery red Valentine portable typewriter, a design that quickly became iconic. Its bold color and sleek, modern aesthetic made it a standout product, and by 1971, it had already earned a place in the Museum of Modern Art's (MoMA) permanent collection. The Valentine’s combination of functional design and striking visual appeal cemented its status as a symbol of mid-century industrial design.
